Established in 2009 as the first dedicated yoga space in Ericeira, this studio is open year-round, seven days a week. With a team of 12 experienced teachers, it offers over 40 weekly classes in various yoga styles suitable for all levels. The studio provides all necessary equipment and promotes yoga as a complete lifestyle, integrating physical practice with meditation and self-knowledge.
