Welcome to Ericeira Pilates, the first Pilates studio in Ericeira to introduce dynamic group classes. A space where classical pilates meets dynamic and powerful movement. The studio offers personalized classes with a maximum of 4 participants per group class, ensuring individual attention and tailored guidance. Led by Einat (Eynat), a rehabilitation specialist, the studio provides reformer, mat, and barre classes, as well as pre/postnatal, functional rehabilitation, ice bath experiences, workshops, and retreats.
