A family-run well-being sanctuary set in a 3.2-hectare enchanted forest valley within a national park (Tapada de Mafra), 30 minutes from Lisbon and 15 minutes from Ericeira beach. The venue features a Garden Shala (converted Victorian greenhouse), outdoor forest yoga deck with valley views, five king bedrooms, lush gardens with fruit trees and ancient cork oaks, restructured water, and low EMF environment. Hosts yoga, meditation, detox, and spiritual retreats, plus monthly community events including Kirtan and Ecstatic Dance.
