Bridget's sweat-dripping, confidence-boosting Cardio Burlesque Class is built on mood, music, and street dance styles. Every class has a theme, shaping the soundtrack and energy as the tempo builds from slow burn to full fire. Bridget teaches nonverbally through repetition, so you drop out of your head and into your body—no overthinking or language barriers, just dancing unapologetically. We start with full-body stretch sequences layered with core work to wake up and connect with our bodies. From there, the class shifts into choreography created in real time, building step by step through repetition as the music intensifies. Bridget feeds off the vibe and skill levels of the dancers, shaping the movement on the spot so every class is genuine and alive. Expect sultry grooves, strong lines, deep sweat, and space to feel powerful, playful, and boldly present. No experience needed—just show up ready to lock in and let the music take over.
